JetPrep develops, manufactures, and markets the JetPrep Flushing Device to assist clinicians in endoscopy procedures. The JETPREP FLUSHING DEVICE* is intended for use as a flexible endoscopic accessory to apply legally marketed solutions for washing mucosal tissue in the gastrointestinal tract.

The JetPrep flushing device is CE Marked and cleared for distribution in Europe and Israel.

TEAM

David Nitsan, CEO

Mr. Nitsan has extensive leadership experience in various environments in the field of medical devices. Before joining JetPrep Ltd., Mr. Nitsan served as a Senior Project Manager at Topspin Medical developing an MRI guided prostate cancer biopsy system. Prior to that, he served for over four years at Nexense Ltd., where he held numerous management positions in the R&D and Marketing departments. Mr. Nitsan Holds a M.Sc in Bio-Medical Engineering, a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, both from Tel-Aviv University (Israel) and an Executive MBA from the Recanati program, Tel-Aviv University (Israel).

Nadav Ben-Da’at, R&D and Operations Manager

Mr. Ben-Da’at has extensive experience in R&D and Engineering in the fields of medical devices and Hi-Tech. Prior to joining JetPrep Ltd., Mr. Ben-Da’at served as Mechanical R&D Engineer at Philips Medical Systems. Mr. Ben-Da’at has multidisciplinary skills in both the technical and managerial aspects of operations. Mr. Ben-Da’at has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Bio-Mechanics from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (Be'er Sheva, Israel).

Prof. Ran Oren, M.D.

Prof. Oren serves as the Head of the Department of Gastroenterology and Liver diseases, Hadassah Hospital, Jerusalem. He is a member of several professional societies, including the AGA (American Gastroenterology Association), The American and the European Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD, EASL), and the Israel Association of Gastroenterology and the Israel Association for the Study of the Liver. Prof. Oren received his M.D. degree from the Hadassah Medical School, Jerusalem, Israel where he specialized in internal medicine. Prof. Oren completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology in Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and was a research fellow at the Liver Research Center of the Einstein College of Medicine, New York.

Shay Dubi, M.D., Ph.D. Chairman

Dr. Dubi currently serves as Vice President in the Healthcare Arm of Ofer Hi-Tech, leading investors in healthcare companies. Prior to his position at Ofer Hi-Tech, he worked for over four years as investment manager and EVP at Naiot Venture Accelerator. During his tenure at Naiot, Dr. Dubi led the screening process for life science companies and served as an executive board member in companies within the incubator. To date, Dr. Dubi has co-founded three medical device companies. He received his MD and PhD degrees from the Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University.

Prof. Guido Costamagna, M.D.

Prof. Costamagna is past president of the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE). Prof. Costamagna also directs the Division of Digestive Endoscopy at the large (1,600 beds) Gemelli Hospital of the Catholic University, Rome. Prof. Costamagna has been President of the Italian Society of Digestive Endoscopy (SIED). He is a member of the Editorial Board of several journals including Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Endoscopy, Hepatogastroenterology, and Digestive and Liver Disease.

Prof. Jacques Deviere, M.D.

Prof. Deviere serves as the Chairman of the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatopancreatology at Erasme University Hospital, and Professor of Gastroenterology at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Jacques also served as the President of the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and is the author and co-author of over 290 peer-reviewed publications in international scientific journals.

Prof. Ralf Kiesslich, M.D.

Prof. Kiesslich is Head of the Endoscopic Unit at the First Department of Medicine of the Johannes Gutenberg University (JGU) in Mainz, Germany. Prof. Ralf Kiesslich serves on the Council of the German Society of Gastroenterology and is section editor of the Journal Gastroenterology. Prof. Kiesslich is an international well known expert in the field of gastrointestinal endoscopy. He has published extensively in high-ranking journals and has received several prizes.

Robert Ganz, M.D.

Dr. Ganz serves as the Foundation Chair for the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE). His academic appointments include: Associate Professor of Medicine, University of Minnesota, and Chief of Gastroenterology, Abbott-Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis, MN. In addition, Dr. Ganz co-founded and was instrumental in establishing several start-up companies in the GI field.
